Cancellation & Refund Policy

Understanding our flexible refund process for conference registrations

100% Refund if the event is cancelled due to COVID or any government guidelines. We understand that circumstances may arise which may require registered attendees to cancel their participation.

Refund Timeline

In such instances, refunds will be issued under the following circumstances based on when the cancellation request is made:

100% Refund

60 Days or More Before Event

Full refund of registration fees if cancellation is requested 60 days or more prior to the conference start date.

75% Refund

45 Days Before Event

75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made up to 45 days before the event.

50% Refund

30 Days Before Event

50% refund available for cancellations requested up to 30 days prior to the conference.

No Refund

Less Than 20 Days Before Event

No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made within 20 days of the conference start date.

Refund Processing

All refunds will be processed 30 days after the completion of the conference. Please note that any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
